In the past week we’ve completed a couple of essential tasks that often don’t get a shout out.
Taking a breath
We took time last week to step back and held a workshop with the team to review various parts of our processes and platform.
We of course have ongoing workstreams in AI, infrastructure and platform upgrades, but to step back for a few hours and review the past few months, our client wins, the market and what’s coming was refreshing.
Often these sessions reinforce context and direction for teams, as well as excitement, all leading to a better product and value for our clients - and that’s why they’re essential to carry out regularly.
Taking care of the essentials
We renewed our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation after passing an audit of our standards and processes.
It certainly ain’t glamorous and all we get to show for it is a little logo at the foot of our website and a certificate, but as the name suggests, it’s essential.
Having the privilege of handling our clients data comes with responsibility, and we take that seriously.
